April 22nd 2015 was a great day as The Source celebrated our planet through several activities such as planting trees, having a “Race to the Litter Line” contest to collect trash, a nature scavenger hunt, and the winners of our poster competition were announced. What happens when a group of individuals get together to share their talents, experiences, and passion of service – you get the amazing Source Senior Citizens Club. This group of 20+ honored citizens gather every third Thursday of the month to socialize and coordinate service projects around the Savanna-la-Mar area. They are always looking for more members so please stop by at the next meeting.
